How long can a bobodent be used?

Hello, are there any contraindications or how much time can be given to a one-year-old child bobodent? They knock out a child 3 and 4 several teeth at one time already about a month . Is it possible to use such a drug systematically every day for e.g. 2 months? I try to limit myself and save myself only with ointment at night and not every day, I do not want to harm him but as the child shows very much that he sides it is already given
