Do we choose the dose according to the weight only for drugs in the form of syrup?
Hello, when giving a child weighing above the norm ibuprom or paracetamol, we look primarily at the weight, so can we give ibuprom in a tablet or paracetamol in a tablet despite the note at ibuprom - from 6 years of age, or at paracetamol from 11 years of age? Do we look at the weight and convert or only into medicines in the form of syrup?
