Naproksen należy stosować możliwie jak najkrócej - zwykle do ustąpienia objawów bólowych. Bez konsultacji z lekarzem lek można stosować maksymalnie do 7-14 dni.
Ponieważ jest to lek dostępny na receptę - o długości trwania terapii powinien zdecydować lekarz.
