Daktarin Oral is used to treat oral and gastrointestinal candidiasis. It is not intended to be applied to intimate areas. The indicated symptoms should be consulted with a doctor (e.g. a venereologist), who will assess the etiology of the lesions and prescribe appropriate treatment (oral and topical). An over-the-counter drug intended for the treatment of mycosis of intimate areas is Clotrimazole cream.
