Is a dose of 2 times 2.5 ml of Debridat for a child weighing 2600 g appropriate?

My daughter was given debridat 2x2.5ml at 2600 weeks of age with a weight of 2600. After a month, she becomes restless again and has a tummy ache. I read that the dose should be chosen according to weight. Isn't 2x2.5 ml too high a dose?

This is the usual dose of the drug and this dosage method is recommended by the drug manufacturer.
According to the manufacturer: "In infants, the dose can be added to a bottle of water or milk. Usually a dose of 1 ml/kg/day is used in 2-3 divided doses (the maximum dose in children and adolescents over 45 kg is 45 ml per day)."
