I'm taking medication Zafrilla for 4 months after taking a break from use and I still have menstruation, is this normal?

Hello I took zafrilla x 4 years then I suspended it x 6 months x saphenous intervention now from May I have resumed it but nn stops the cycle for 4 months what should I do?I am very worried ..

During the use of Zafrilla, especially in the first months, changes in the bleeding profile may occur, such as spotting, irregular bleeding, amenorrhea. If you notice any worrying symptoms, e.g. continuous or heavy bleeding, pain, or if you have any concerns about the use of this medicine, please inform your doctor.
