Is there a replacement Mestinon lactose-free?
I am lactose intolerant and for an eyelid myasthenia I take 1 cps Mestinon from 60 4 times a day. After 10 days of intake I have episodes of diarrhea, is there no lactose-free cps? Thank you.

In Poland, Mestinon is the only drug available with pyridostigmine bromide. Please consult your doctor - you may be able to choose another drug that will be effective, but will not contain lactose.
