Should I be worried that I have a 2 day gap between Zafrilla packs?

I have been taking zafrilla for 2.5 months.
On the 2nd package, I had discharge for 27 days, 2 days stopped and repeats again. Tell me, is it worth worrying or not? The gynecologist prescribed 3 packs

There is no need to be alarmed about taking Zafrilla. Bleeding and spotting are common side effects, especially at the beginning of hormone therapy. Breaks in medication such as the ones you describe are acceptable, and your gynaecologist has prescribed you 3 packages, which is standard practice. However, if you notice any disturbing symptoms, I recommend consulting a doctor.
