Good morning. I've been taking Probelle for 3 months. With the first package, spotting appeared for about weeks. But then it disappeared, menstruation did not appear. How do I know what theoretical stage of the cycle I am at? When I start the fourth pack, should I assume that the first pill is the first day of the cycle?

There is no natural cycle when using Probella. You can start calculating the days of your cycle after you stop taking the drug and when you start bleeding (then it is day 1 of your cycle). When using Probella tablets, there are simply days of taking the tablets (e.g. 1st tablet from the 2nd week, i.e. the 8th day of taking the drug).
