Yes, you can. Antifungal globules applied vaginally should not impair the effectiveness of the Mirena IUD, as they act locally in the vagina. Mirena is a hormonal IUD that releases the hormone levonorgestrel directly into the uterus, which acts mainly locally on the endometrium and cervical mucus, preventing fertilization. So there is no reason to worry.
