There is no drug like lotensin 20 mg available almost anywhere. What about people who have been taking this drug for many years? Replacement also not available. Are there any predictions about this, or will any steps be taken in this direction?

According to the manufacturer, Lotensin will no longer be manufactured. The preparation is available only while stocks last, which we wrote about here:
