Good morning. I take Aropilo for restless leg syndrome. I started the treatment in March. So far, I have side effects, nausea and vomiting. I have already reduced the dose of the drug, but it did not help and the symptoms of restless legs syndrome worsened. I have a neurologist in 2 weeks. What should I do? What medicine possibly for vomiting and nausea. Thank you

Nausea and vomiting are common side effects of Aropilo.
To reduce nausea, take Aropilo with food. It's also a good idea to avoid foods that can make nausea worse, such as fatty or hard-to-digest foods.
Also, drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration in case of vomiting. Choose drinks that are easy to tolerate, such as water, tea or diluted fruit juices.
Continue taking the medication at your current dose until you see your doctor, as a sudden reduction in dose or discontinuation of therapy may worsen the symptoms of restless leg syndrome.
If you have any further doubts, it is worth consulting your attending physician. If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
