Good morning. I'm 40 years old. For 2 months I have been taking Mounjaro at a dose of 7.5 mg, plus cynarizine 4 times a day and betaserc 2 times a day. Due to my anxiety, I was prescribed the drug dulexitin by a psychiatrist and quintin for sleep. I also take Ursopol 250 mg. I tried to ask the psychiatrist, but he replied that he was only responsible for his medication that he prescribed me. I don't know who else I could ask about it.

Tirzepatide (the active substance in Mounjaro) delays gastric emptying and therefore may affect the rate of absorption of concomitantly administered oral medicinal products. The effect of anti-anxiety medications may be delayed or reduced.
What's more, Mounjaro can exacerbate the symptoms of pancreatitis and gallstone symptoms. Therefore, you should be careful.
It is worth checking the function of the pancreas regularly. If the effect of anti-anxiety drug therapy is not sufficient, a psychiatrist should be consulted.
