"Method of administration:
Take this medicine 1 hour before a meal. The tablets should be swallowed without chewing with a glass of water. It is recommended to administer a daily dose in 2 or 3 divided doses."
The tablets should be swallowed whole. If you have difficulty swallowing the medicine, discuss with your doctor the possibility of using a suspension or other antibiotic in the form of reconstituted/chewable tablets. During antibiotic therapy, it is worth using probiotics - then the risk of gastrointestinal disorders is reduced:
