A glucose value of 47 mg/dL after 2 hours in the sugar curve indicates hypoglycemia (hypoglycemia). This level is well below normal and may indicate serious glucose metabolism disorders.
Such low glucose levels may indicate the following:
- reactive hypoglycemia - an excessive drop in blood sugar levels within a few hours after eating a meal.
- disorders in the functioning of the pancreas, e.g. excessive insulin secretion.
- problems with carbohydrate metabolism.
Such low glucose levels require consultation with a doctor and further diagnostics. Additional tests may be needed to determine the cause of hypoglycaemia and appropriate treatment. Under no circumstances should such a low result be ignored, as hypoglycemia can lead to serious health consequences.
If you have any further doubts, it is worth consulting your attending physician. If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

Avamine (active substance: metformin) is a drug used mainly to treat type 2 diabetes, not type 1 diabetes. This is not the standard treatment for type 1 diabetes, which requires insulin therapy. Feeling unwell after taking the drug may be related to its side effects. Metformin can cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, and abdominal pain, especially at the beginning of treatment.

I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse effect of the preparation.
