Levofloxacin can indeed cause a number of side effects, but you should not replace the prescribed antibiotic with another one yourself. Levofloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It is used to treat various bacterial infections.

Zinnat (cefuroxime) and Ospamox (amoxicillin) belong to different groups of antibiotics and have a different mechanism of action and spectrum of activity.
