It is important to emphasize that the body's response to certain medications is an individual feature.
According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, headache and somnolence are common side effects of Bilant. Rapid heart rate is not listed as a side effect of Bilant.

I encourage you to report the symptoms you are experiencing to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse reaction of the preparation.
