Hi. I'm from the Czech Republic. I have been taking Katya contraceptives (Ethinylestradiolum 0.030 mg and Gestodenum 0.075 m) for many years. In Poland it is registered as Femipol, but if I understand correctly, it has not been sold for a long time. I found similar drugs Silvia 30 and Femoden. Please tell me how they differ and which one is better? Thank you

Femodene and Sylvie 30 are substitutes for Katya that contain the same doses of the active substances, i.e. ethinylestradiolum 0.030 mg and gestodenum 0.075 mg. Femoden tablets are film-coated tablets, while Sylvie 30 tablets are coated and may differ in excipients, but this does not affect the effect of the drug.
